This print is based on a concept drawing for an outdoor exhibition at DOCUMENTA IX in 1992 in Kassel. The sculptures are made of glazed ceramic and have been preserved on the portico of the Red Palace. The strangers (or immigrants) consists of a group of people with various improvised luggage such as shopping bags, containers and suitcases.
